What PostTrack does

PostTrack is a content calendar for creators who publish on more than one platform. Plan posts on a month calendar, track each post's status (draft, scheduled, published), keep an inspiration library, and reuse ready-made post templates.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account?

No. PostTrack has no sign-up and no login. Open the app and start planning.

Where is my data stored?

All of your posts, materials and templates are stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to a server. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I create a post?

Open the Calendar tab, tap a day, then fill in the title, platform, scheduled time and status. The post appears as a colored chip on the calendar for that day.

How do I change a post's status?

Open the post from the calendar or the Archive tab and change its status between draft, scheduled and published.

Which platforms are supported?

Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube and REDnote are included out of the box. You can enable or disable any platform on the Platforms tab.

How do I delete my data?

Delete individual posts or materials inside the app, or delete the app from your device to remove everything at once.

Do I need an internet connection?

No. The app works fully offline. Sample images in the Inspiration library are loaded from the web the first time you view them.
